Thank you for shopping with SunDried Soul Boutique. Every order is created and packaged with care.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom or handmade items may require additional processing time depending on the design and order volume.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s transit times. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, SunDried Soul Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Custom & Handmade Orders

Due to the handmade and custom nature of many of our products, slight variations in color, design placement, or texture may occur and are considered normal.
