Refund policy

At SunDried Soul Boutique, each item is carefully created with love and attention to detail. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Exceptions may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged during shipping
  • The order received was not created as promised

To request a return or resolution, customers must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and provide clear photo proof of the issue.

All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to shop approval. If a return is approved:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition
  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued only after the product has been received and inspected
